- Define "Help" page (see foot of main page) - need to add a style-guide here
- "Main Page" welcome message and start of structure - part of this has been copied to the about:tecniq page, suggest that these parts be removed from main page. Suggest adding a 'welcome' message inviting visitors to register and contribute. Assure users that we are not farming email addresses (see privacy policy).
- Structural framework for rest of site- All Technical staff
- Use of Categories - DS (help page defined Help:Contents)
- Redefine user permissions (currently, public read and authenticated write only) - DS (continuous action for moderators)
- Use of moderators - Wiki Board (DS, RF, ST, RP, RW)
- Create a style guide - Moderators
- Start uploading content - All technical staff
- Introductory session/email for staff - 27/11/09
- Documentation (installation & passwords, configuration, backup/restore, extensions) - DS
- Backup scripting - DS - still having problems with this! - currently investigating.

- Redefinition of user permissions to have the following authorities:
- anon - read only
- email not authenticated - same as anon
- email authenticated - write,edit,create page access
- upload access (granted by bureaucrat) - upload files (also requires email authenticated)
- bureaucrats - 'god like' abilities - protect pages, change user rights
- WikiSysop - god's boss
- System Administrator - can do what he likes to the system running the site, web server and database server.
- RSS feeds modules - no module needed - simply use the Special:RecentChanges feature
- Email setup - watched pages can result in delivery of email to user if desired by user. on a user by user basis, according to the users own preferences.
